Sales Manager/Project Manager - Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce

Job Description:

Wickcraft Company, Inc. is currently seeking a Sales professional with project management experience.? We are seeking a highly organized, detail-orientated, self-starter that can manage multiple projects simultaneously, while perpetually filling the sales funnel.

Wickcraft designs, manufactures and sells elevated boardwalks/walkways through multiple sales channels.?www.wickcraft.com

The position will be located in Madison, WI and will report directly to the VP/General Manager.

Essential Duties:

• Develop an expert level of knowledge on the Wickcraft product line, with a focus on boardwalks
• Effectively and efficiently manage projects as assigned
• Contact and follow-up on all incoming internet and phone inquires
• Track and maintain all leads and sales activity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for the Wickcraft boardwalk product category
• Enhance current network and develop new network of groups or associations to become advocates of Wickcraft products
• Research competitors for market information and recommend product enhancements to Wickcraft?s existing or future products

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Project Management or related field is required
• Minimum of 7-8 years of Sales Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Ability to read and understand engineered drawings/CAD files
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office? is an absolute must
• Basic understanding of pricing, margins and costing
