Senator Rubio:

?

I am in receipt of your letter dated 3/30/12 regarding H.R.3012 passage and your co-sponsored bill with Senator Coons S1866, the The American Dream Accounts Act.

The requirement to qualify for the American Dreams Accounts Act is as follows:

LOW-INCOME STUDENT.?The term ??low-income student?? means a student who is eligible to receive a free or reduced price lunch under the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq.).I reviewed the School Lunch Act and I could find nowhere excluding illegal alien children which by not specifically excluding them includes them.

The word incremental comes to mind looking at what you are proposing. I say incremental since what is the next step if you shepherd illegal aliens through college other than to say we have to grant them citizenship having so much invested in them. Do you know the first mass amnesty in the country took place in 1986, is still open, and six other amnesties have followed no one wants to talk about because they prove they don't work to stop the illegal alien invasion of the country, rather they encourage more to come.

Instead of saying bi-partisanship in crafting this legislation what you should say is I support illegal aliens in the country, through no fault of their own, to realize the American Dream by getting a college education but honesty is not your strong suit.

When you were in the Florida legislature in 2003 you sponsored in-state tuition for illegal aliens, in 2008 blocked all immigration bills, and in the letter you sent you used the democrat line ?Immigration is broken.? Candidly, any law that is not enforced is broken, not the law itself but the branch of government responsible for enforcement, in this case the Executive Branch, is broken.

With your past political actions in the Florida State Legislature of supporting illegal aliens and blocking state immigration laws to curb the chaos, anarchy and huge costs to Floridians to educate, medicate and incarcerate them I am not surprised in the least of your actions and assume you will follow in the footsteps of Mel Martinez who also misled Floridians by running for the senate opposing amnesty and three short years later was leading the push to get amnesty passed.

I confirmed your lack of ability to be straight when I wrote recently asking you to confirm you were not qualified to be President or VP since the office holder has to be a Natural born Citizen. Your parents were Cuban citizens when you were born as what is known as an Anchor Baby and if the truth be known also a dual citizen of Cuba at birth. I suppose you think if Obama who is not qualified can weasel in then you can too.

On a second note you mention we need to encourage legal immigration. Are you aware of the current immigration laws where we are bringing in 1.5 million people a year legally that are primarily uneducated, unskilled and non English speaking.

We are experiencing the worst recession since the Great Depression and you say we need to encourage legal immigration? Since the recession started like clockwork legal immigrants have arrived with approximately 100K entering the workforce every month to compete for scarce jobs and you think we should encourage legal immigration? Is there no end to the madness of politicians who think like you?
