I'm no mental expert,
But for me, personally, my mental health condition effects my physical health a lot. Depending on my hallucinations I sometimes get physically sick to my stomach, or headaches. My self harm is also influenced by my mental health.
Formally dx. Psychotic Depression, PTSD, DDNOS
Currently medicated & in therapy. Recovering anorexic.
