A slick new web app called Soundslice could finally be the answer to those woes. Soundslice is the latest project from Adrian Holovaty, the Chicago-based developer and entrepreneur known for being the co-creator of the Django web framework and the founder of EveryBlock, the hyperlocal news site which was acquired in 2009 by MSNBC.
